I recently contracted City Media Ltd to design an online booking system for a local family attraction. Of all the companies I contacted, Colin at City Media was the only person who instantly offered to drive out to meet us, brought the software developer too so that we all understood what was required and then provided us with a comprehensive quote at a good price.The quality of the coding we had done is top notch and the end-support we received was second to none. We were really impressed with the whole solicitor legal web service provided by City Media. After an initial phone call to ascertain our website requirements and a bit of tweaking with the initial Web Design, Colin and his team met our needs to a 'T' and we are now the proud owners of a Web Site and marketing tool. Our new website is clear and 'crisp' as well as very professional. Also, they provide a great ongoing after care web service.

 

We tried many diffrent database companies over the past five years and our business dictated an upgrade every 2 years. Then we found City Media on free index. Colin and one of his developers came to see us, understood our requirements for a continuously expandable SQL databse system linked to our accounting package. Whilst City Media's quote wasn't the cheapest it was by far the most comprehensive and detailed. This was the deciding factor for us to instruct City Media for our software build. Our system has been in place now for three months and has had an imidiate possitive impact on the way our business is now run.
